Ordering Instructions:

If ordering two bands, enter two names and birthstones.

If ordering three bands, enter three names and birthstones.

If ordering four bands, enter four names and birthstones.

• Personalization 1: enter the names for each band, as you would like them engraved, top to bottom (example: Jennifer, Andrew, Katrin, Jake)
• Personalization 2: enter the coordinating birthstones in order you would like them to appear, top to bottom (example: March, August, July, June)
